Social scientist with a Master's Degree in Gender and Development.

Has worked in the public sector, private sector, civil society and international organisation. Consultant with a range of international organisations. Her skills and experience include evaluations, reviews, assessments, training, policy development.

Member and former chair of the Global Fund for Women and currently a board member and Chair of Urgent Action Fund, a human rights organisation in the USA. Co-founder, Zimbabwe Women's Resource Center and Network.

Publications include "Reviving Democracy. Citizens at the Heart of Governance" and "Composing a new song : Stories of empowerment from Africa"
